JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

As an investigating social worker, you will handle cases concerning children, youth, and adults but may focus on specific target groups if desired. You will investigate and follow up on decided interventions according to SoL, LVU, and LVM. We have close collaboration with schools and police. We encourage a creative working method and work closely with our colleagues within the area of operations and the administration. Our case management is based on Signs Of Safety, which increases user participation and influence. We focus on what works and have confidence in the user's own resources and networks.

We actively work with development issues based on the new social services law and digitization. We expect you to want to contribute there as well!

QUALIFICATIONS

A degree in social work is required for the position.

We would like you to have experience in public authority exercise within municipal operations. As a social worker, you will have authority-related tasks with the responsibility to assess, document, and communicate decisions to your users, requiring you to master the Swedish language fluently in both speech and writing. Driving is also part of the job, requiring you to have a B driver's license (manual).
